Health and safety curriculum development for hospitality schools in Siem Reap

The training took place at two vocational training schools in Siem Reap; Ecole Paul Dubrule and SPOONS.

Kick-off meetings will be organized with three school directors to implement a standard Health and Safety curriculum that fits teacher needs. 

Training will be provided for each school based on the new Health and Safety curriculum.

This included:
- What are Health and Safety;
- Why Health and Safety is important;
- Who is responsible for Health and Safety;
- Personal Protective Equipment;
- Personal Hygiene;
- Food Storage, Preparation, and Safety;
- Importance of Waste Management in Health and Safety Perspective;
- 7 Safety Rules to Avoid Workplace Injuries.
