Training of trainers on health, risk, and safety management in tourism

The training aims to establish or improve risk and safety management systems as well as subject-specific training linked to a service such as navigation in outdoors, food safety, transport safety, and first aid training for outdoor activities and adventure tourism for participants from the Western Balkans. The main focus group of the training are tourism workers who are actively involved in the processes of implementation or development of risk management standards at the organizational / company or destination level and who have previous experience in tourism training or knowledge transfer experience.

The training will be carried out through physical presence trainings and online sessions. In the period from June 16 to 19, a four-day training with physical presence will be held in Ohrid, and then in the period from June 24 to July 8, five online sessions will be held on the Zoom platform (June 24, June 29, July 1, July 5, July 8).
