Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) addressing the risks in your tours for drivers, guides and accommodation staff and complete columns F-L of your risk assessment. Feel free to use our SOP templates for drivers here, for guides here, and for accommodation staff here. Delete, add to and improve these SOPs according to your tours and local circumstances. Please send your assignment as an attachment to: riskmanagement4tourism@gmail.com. We will check its content and let you know if updates are needed to receive the GIZ training certificate.
